We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony time to ensure you're seated and ready for the festivities! For those staying at Cabo Azul we will have shuttles and timing to be announced!

The closest airport is San Jose del Cabo (SDJ).

Our celebration begins with Welcome drinks on Friday at BarCo, Vidanta Hotel and ends with a pool party on Sunday! Check the "Weekend Schedule" page for details!

Expect WARM! We will be under the Cabo sun, think desert warmth and ocean breeze.

We love your little ones, however we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our ring bearer and flower girl. You are more than welcome to bring the kids along for the vacation, we just encourage a sitter/nanny, use it as a date night!

It is totally fine to choose a different hotel or Airbnb if that caters to your needs! We just want you to be aware that you will unfortunately be unable to attend any events at the hotel (with the exception of the Welcome Party) due to hotel security protocols.

Unfortunately shuttle will only be provided to guests staying at Cabo Azul, but there are taxis, Ubers and car services available! Just make sure to plan ahead of time!

The ceremony and reception will all be outdoors.

We are having an unplugged ceremony. Please keep all cameras and phones stored away to allow everyone to be fully present!
